Cancellation Policy

　　We understand that schedule changes and unforeseen circumstances can happen. We kindly request that for appointments with specific nail technicians, we require 30 minutes advance notice to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to give the required notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire service charge. This helps us to continue providing our clients with exceptional services at all times. Thank you for understanding.
